Oliviero Mazzocco – Certified Accountant/Consultant

Graduated in 1953 (cum laude) at Università Bocconi in Milan.

From 1953 to 1967, administrative clerk at Società Edison, administrative manager at Gruppo Pavesi, and administrative executive at the Italian branch of the then German company Deutz.

Since 1965, enrolled in the register of Certified Accountants. 1967-1973, staff member at one of Milan’s top firms, later owner of own firm, partner since 1984.

Since 1971, expert witness of the Court on business appraisals, administrative and accounting technique. Since 1979, independent auditor, formerly for Ignis S.p.a., Turisanda S.p.a., Hotelplan Italia S.p.a. and Staedtler Italia S.p.a.

In 1965-1974, as a professional, most prestigious work done personally was the total re-organization of the Central Accounting of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Born in 1930. He is sitting in the middle of the picture.

Mauro Mazzocco – Certified Accountant/Auditor Accountant/Consultant

Graduated in 1980 from the Università Bocconi in Milan, thesis on the Italian-German double-taxation treaty.

Military service as Alpine Finishing Officer. Since 1983 enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Milan, and since 1984 co-owner of the Firm.

Expert witness for the Court of Milan on company appraisals, accounting and tax expert since 1991 and in this capacity carried out assignments for the Court of Milan.

Through knowledge of the German language, manages partnership relations with a tax firm in Munich. Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Immobiliare Saiba S.p.a and Staedtler Italia S.p.a., carried out due diligences for company acquisitions, and numerous experiences in the accounting re-organization of companies. Born in 1957. Marco Gramegna – Certified Accountant/Auditor Accountant/Consultant

Graduated in Business Economics in 1990 at Università Bocconi in Milan.

Military service as Commissariat Finishing Officer. Since 1993 enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Milan, in the same year began working with Studio Mazzocco Associato, and since 1995 co-owner.

Has acted as litigant expert witness in company disputes before the Courts of Milan, Lodi, and Monza. In tax disputes, has served as qualified defender in numerous cases before the Tax Commission, as well as taxpayer representative in proceedings before tax offices. As auditor, has certified applications to obtain central and regional government contributions, currently serves as statutory auditor for Dr. Modiano & Associati S.p.a.

In his professional activities, currently Director of two real estate management companies, and acted as liquidator for a travel agency; has drafted and certified several expert appraisals.
In his trade activities, he has been member of the Compensation Committee of the Milan Chapter for a long time. Born in 1964. In the picture he is standing, first starting from the left.

Luca Barbareschi – Certified Accountant/Auditor Accountant/Consultant

Graduated in Economics and Business in 1992 at Università Cattolica in Milan.

Performed civil service under Caritas in the Parish of S. Cristoforo in Milan. Worked for one year as a financial advisor.

Since 1999 enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Milan, for years a staff member at Studio Mazzocco Associato, and since 2005 co-owner.
Assigned to draft appraisals for company transformations and the revaluation of equity investments; as auditor, member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Dr. Modiano & Associati S.p.a. and of OSAI Automation System S.p.a. Born in 1966. Simone Mazzocco – Certified Accountant/Auditor Accountant

Bachelor of Business Administration and Management at Università Bocconi in Milan (2011); Master of Science in Business Administration at Libera Università Carlo Cattaneo in Castellanza (VA) (2013); thesis on foreign tax credit.

Since 2018 enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Milan, for years a staff member at Studio Mazzocco Associato, and since 2018 co-owner. He’s the representative of real estate tax bonuses. Can speak both English and German at a good level. Born in 1988. In the picture he is standing, second starting from the left.

Daniela Giudici - Certified Accountant/Auditor Accountant

Accounting diploma obtained in 1992, three-year apprenticeship and professional qualification earned in Autumn 1996.

Since January 1997 enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Milan; auditor since 1999. She has worked together with her father, dr. Alberto Giudici, until the end of 2015. Then she moved to Studio Mazzocco Associato in 2016 and in 2019 became co-owner.

Developed particular skills in various professional fields by dealing mainly with firms' administrative and tax management. Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of OSAI Automation System S.p.a.

Giacomo Rossi - Certified Bookkeper

Graduated (bachelor degree) in 2003 in Economics and Business Management at Università Cattolica in Milan.

Developed particular skills in national and international VAT issues, accounting management for art and antique dealers and in relations before tax and social security offices, as well as their fulfilments.

He started his collaboration with Studio Mazzocco Associato in 2003, and in 2019 he became co-owner. Born in 1975. In the picture he is sitting on the right.

Alessandro Cislaghi – Certified Accountant/Auditor Accountant

Graduated in Economics and Business specialising in firms’ legislative at Università Cattolica in Milan; thesis in mathematics “Laplace transform”

Starting by managing some GDO firms during his studies, in 2007 he decided to start the professional activity, by doing the three-year apprenticeship in some primarily professional firms in Milan, where, among the other subjects, he examined bankrupt procedures. He became Certified Accountant in 2010 and started his collaboration with Studio Mazzocco Associato, and in in 2024 he became co-owner.

Besides the daily professional activity, he is administrator of companies, also as a trustee, and he has roles as statutory auditor and auditor.

Born in 1976, he is active in voluntary associations in not-for-profit sector in which he performs roles at regional level.

Leticia de Lima Vieira - Certified Accountant

Graduated in 2016 in Accounting Science at Pontificial Catholic University Of Sao Paulo (Brazil).

In 2012, at the beginning of her university path, she started her professional career in Brazil at Dutch multinational corporation, where she did the professional apprenticeship; she then moved up in a Chinese multinational corporation. She succeeded in the state exam in 2017 and since 2020, she is enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Sao Paulo (Brazil).

Moved to Italy in 2018, she worked with some Italian firms. Since the end of 2021, she collaborates with Studio Mazzocco Associato, and since 2022, she is enrolled in the Register of Certified Accountants of Milan. She has double citizenship and thank to Portuguese mother tongue she manages relationships with fiscal and accounting experts in Brazil.

Other staff

In addition to the members mentioned above, staff includes three bookkeepers, two senior clerks, two junior clerks and a freelancer.

Partnership and collaborations

Cooperating with the Firm, although indipendent, is a service company, Emmelavoro S.a.s (current staff 2 people) for payroll processing and personnel position management. It is also effective a partnership with Interfides GmbH in Munich, which deals with tax consulting for foreign entrepreneurs in Germany.

The Firm also has collaborations with other professionals of different disciplines (notaries, lawyers, architects and surveyors and engineers).

The Firm also provides professional training in the field through internships, and it also participates in the activities of the Milan chapter.
